These Terms and Conditions govern the use of reasoning-test.eu and the purchase of access to its online test preparation services.

1. About the service

reasoning-test.eu provides online practice tests and related preparation tools for EPSO-style assessments, including abstract, numerical and verbal reasoning tests.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Access plans

We may offer a free plan with limited access and a premium plan with extended access. Premium access is granted for the period shown at checkout or in your account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount for the selected plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share paid access with other people;
  • copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the test content at scale;
  • attempt to interfere with the platform, its security, or its payment systems;
  • use automated tools to extract questions or answers.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including questions, explanations, branding, layout, and software components, is owned by or licensed to reasoning-test.eu unless stated otherwise.

7. Educational purpose

The platform is provided for practice and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee success in any real EPSO or other recruitment process.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, fraud, abusive behavior, or breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.

11. Refunds and withdrawal

Refunds and any right of withdrawal are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
