- To provide access to the platform

- To send occasional practice tip emails, only if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
Third-party services
We use:
- Supabase (authentication and database)
- Stripe (payments)
- Google (optional login)
- Resend (for sending emails, only if you've opted in to marketing emails)
Marketing emails
If you check the optional box at signup, we may send you occasional emails with practice tips and updates. This is entirely opt-in — we never send these emails without your consent, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect your account or access to the platform.
Data protection
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.
Account deletion
You can delete your account directly from your dashboard at any time. When an account is deleted, we permanently remove your saved results and personal data associated with your account from the platform. Some limited technical or billing records may be retained temporarily where required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
Data retention for inactive accounts
To avoid keeping personal data for longer than necessary, free accounts that remain inactive (no sign-in) for more than 30 days are permanently deleted, along with any saved test results. We'll send an email notice before this happens — simply signing in is enough to keep your account active. This does not apply to accounts with an active premium subscription.
