14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your full access, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. There are no complicated conditions — if the practice tests are not right for you, we will refund you.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@reasoning-test.eu from the address you used to purchase, and we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Processing time

Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the guarantee period

Because access to all practice content is granted immediately, purchases are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period, except where required by applicable law.
