If you purchased access and the service has not yet been activated for your account, you may contact us to request cancellation and a refund.
3. After access is activated
Once premium access has been activated and the digital service has begun, refunds are generally not offered except where required by applicable consumer law or where we decide otherwise at our discretion.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged more than once by mistake or experienced a technical billing issue, contact us and we will review the case promptly.
